Ehrensvärd Gymnasium is a secondary school offering a mix of vocational programs and university-preparatory programs. At our school, study motivation, community, and creativity meet. The school has approximately 640 students.

We are a wonderful team of 65 people, all working for the best interests of the students, both academically and socially.

Different professional groups work together in the student health team, and you will become an active part of leading this work.

Responsibilities

As a special educator, you will, among other things, identify and remove obstacles at the organizational, group, and individual levels. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting pedagogical assessments to map students' needs for special support.
• Creating action plans.
• Mentoring staff.
• Working preventively and promotively.
• Providing direct support to individual students in their study techniques and learning processes.
• Leading the school's student health team meetings (EHT).

The position is a vacation cover.

Qualifications

To work as a special educator with us, you must have a teaching license and a degree in special education. We would appreciate it if you have experience working at the upper secondary level.

We are looking for someone who is good at creating and strengthening collaborations internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
