Do you want to work at a school where relationships, security, and development are at the center?

We are now looking for an engaged and clear-headed class teacher for grade 6 who wants to help create a meaningful and inspiring school day for our students.

Gransätersskolan is a two-stream school for grades F–9 with approximately 500 students. The school premises also house Aspen, the municipality's joint special education group. Here, we work together to create an accessible, secure, and developmental learning environment where every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Your responsibilities

As a class teacher in grade 6, you are responsible for teaching, mentoring, and the pedagogical work regarding students' knowledge development and social development. You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum, actively working to create structure, a good study environment, and positive relationships in the classroom.

You collaborate closely with colleagues, student health services, and guardians to create a cohesive and meaningful school day for the students. The school cooperates with the police, social services, and other actors.

We are looking for you who

• are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach in grades 4–6
• are a clear and secure leader in the classroom
• have a good ability to build relationships and trust with students, guardians, and colleagues
• work in a structured manner and have high expectations for students' development
• see the value of collaboration and want to contribute actively to the work team
• want to develop teaching and learning environments together with colleagues
