Finjagården offers small-scale, highly specialized treatment for adults with personality disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, depression, substance abuse, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, and trauma. We also conduct psychiatric assessments. Through structured treatment methods such as DBT, CBT, and PE, complemented by a quality assurance system, we ensure documented treatment results. A quality system with follow-up for clients, relatives, and commissioners creates transparency, involvement, and security.
Our nearly 50 years of experience, combined with evidence-based treatment methods, provides excellent prerequisites for achieving results.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for you who have experience working with people with mental health issues. It is meritorious if you have any of the following education: assistant nurse, assistant nurse with a focus on psychiatry, treatment assistant, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, social worker, or other equivalent education.
Assignment/Tasks:
This project employment involves being part of a team working with a client in a 1-to-1 solution. This means you will work independently with a client in their daily life, e.g., ADL (Activities of Daily Living), activities, and care, based on an implementation plan and assignment. Supervision and contact with therapists occur continuously.
Desirable to have experience with high-functioning autism spectrum disorders or psychiatric issues.

- Ability to work in a team – no one can do everything alone; we need to be able to ask for help and accept help.
- Ability to independently plan and structure work while respecting made decisions.
- Emotional self-regulation – being able to take care of your own feelings gives us increased prerequisites to help others.
- Experience with documentation.
Scope:
Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, weekends, and sleeping on-call duty.
