Job Description

As a teacher, you play a central role in developing education by using varied teaching methods. You are expected to integrate digital tools as a natural part of your teaching to create a modern and engaging learning environment. A key part of your work is to establish a safe and supportive classroom environment where students feel secure and motivated to learn. You will also actively work on building strong professional relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues to promote a positive and collaborative atmosphere at the school.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license to teach in grades 7–9. We are looking for you who have qualifications in the subjects Mathematics, Natural Sciences (NO), and Technology.

You are good at creating and strengthening internal and external collaborations, as well as building new relationships and nurturing existing ones.

You thrive working in teams and strive for common goals. It is natural for you to compromise and to share information and knowledge.

We are looking for you who are communicative and clear. You have the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and to give and receive constructive feedback.
