As a support assistant, you will work with providing individually adapted support to people with various functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support the users in their daily routines and activities, all based on their needs and abilities, and always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a pedagogical approach, where we start from each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for the users to achieve as much independence as possible and to be able to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective handling to create security and predictability in the users' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the organization's resources and budget.

Qualifications: Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Education or experience from LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Good computer skills, experience with documentation. Category B driver's license.

The applicant has education or experience working within care and social services. You are calm and stable and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a listening manner, and you enjoy working together with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment conditions:

• Employment type: Fixed-term, SÄVA (Support and Assistance for Activities) without activity level
• Working hours: Varying hours, day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Start date: By agreement, we are positive if you can start soon
• Collective agreement: We are bound by the collective agreements of Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E
