We are now looking for a Payroll Consultant who wants to become part of our team and work closely with both clients and colleagues in a broad and developmental payroll role.

About the Role

In the role of Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for payroll processing for several clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients, interpret contracts and regulations, and ensure that the entire payroll process maintains high quality.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ongoing payroll processing for multiple companies
• Processing for both salaried employees and unionized staff
• Interpretation of laws and various collective agreements
• Reporting to authorities (AGI, etc.)
• Advisory services regarding payroll and HR matters
• Development and optimization of payroll processes

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience in payroll work and the entire payroll process
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations related to payroll
• Experience working with various employment types (salaried and unionized)
• Strong computer literacy and confidence in digital tools (Agda PS)
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience from an accounting or payroll firm
• Experience interpreting multiple collective agreements
• Experience in advisory services within the payroll field
• Experience with systems such as Visma, Fortnox
