We are now looking for a new employee for our outpatient services.

Job Responsibilities – Vägvalet Outpatient Care

Vägvalet provides structured treatment commissioned by the social services. Our interventions primarily target young people, but also adults and families. We have framework agreements with, among others, the City of Gothenburg.

The treatment is individualized, and the work takes place primarily in the client's home environment, at Vägvalet's offices, or in other settings in the community. As a therapist, you work closely with the client and their network to create structure, motivation, and sustainable change processes.

The work includes, among other things:

• Individual treatment interventions
• Family and network work
• Collaboration with social services and other actors
• Documentation and follow-up
• Motivational and supportive conversations
• Practical and relationship-building change work in everyday life

We offer some flexibility in working hours based on the needs of the operations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Appropriate academic education, such as a degree in social work, social pedagogy, or another education that the employer deems equivalent
• Experience in social work with children, young people, and/or families
• Good ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Good knowledge of documentation and relevant legislation
• Category B driver's license

It is important that you are confident in relationship-building work and have the ability to meet people with respect, clarity, and a professional attitude. You need to be flexible, responsible, and have good collaboration skills.

Personal suitability will be given great weight.
