We have full-service facilities with car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Falköping, Skövde, Alingsås, Trollhättan, Borås, Jönköping, Värnamo, and Partille. In Skövde and Trollhättan, there are also authorized service workshops for Lexus.

At Lindströms Bil in Jönköping, we are looking for a Claims Advisor to join our team. As a Claims Advisor at Lindströms Bil, you will have a key role where you are the central hub for claims handling – from the initial assessment to customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

As a Claims Advisor at Lindströms Bil, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating vehicle damage and calculating repair costs – your expertise is crucial here.
• Working closely with both customers and the workshop to ensure everything is documented correctly and done right from the start.
• Creating and updating damage calculations in our systems and ensuring everything meets insurance requirements (order and precision are your strong suits!).
• Maintaining ongoing contact with insurance companies and other parties to ensure smooth processes.
• Guiding our customers through the claims process with security, clarity, and a welcoming attitude.

And not least – you will become an important part of the team's backbone!

• You will function as support to the Claims Manager and step in as deputy when needed – in other words, you are the manager's right-hand person.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience as a claims advisor or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Are structured and meticulous – you like things to be in order and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Are communicative and confident in meetings with both customers and partners.
• Have a solution-oriented mindset – you see opportunities where others see problems.
• Can keep a cool head even when the pace is high.
• Have relevant education in vehicle damage or equivalent experience.
• Are comfortable with systems and have worked with damage calculations previously.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and have basic English skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s license (Category B).
