Do you want to complete your specialist training (ST) in a large, development-oriented practice with breadth, supervision, and close collaboration between professions? At Vårdcentralen Centrum in Landskrona, you will find a varied and developmental ST position where the patient is always at the center.

Vårdcentralen Centrum in Landskrona is a developing primary care center with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of the largest primary care centers in Skåne. Here, a dedicated interdisciplinary team works, consisting of specialist doctors, ST doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, counselors, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians. Three special housing facilities are also linked to the primary care center, providing excellent opportunities for continuity and close work with elderly patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an ST doctor, you follow your ST plan, and we offer a supportive educational climate with continuous supervision on your path to specialist competence. During the first year, you work at the primary care center, and during the following four years, you alternate between rotations at specialist clinics and work at the primary care center. You have your own patient list for which you are responsible. In addition to mandatory ST courses, you are offered good development opportunities with continuous internal and external further education based on interest and the needs of the operation.

Furthermore, we expect you to be involved and driving in improvement work and operational development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed physician who has completed your AT (General Practice) or BT (Basic Training) service with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale is also a requirement. It is meritorious if you have experience working within primary care.

It is of great importance that you share the same goals and visions as we do, which among other things means providing good and quality care. You are curious and responsive to the patient's needs. You have a holistic view of both work and the patient and adapt easily to different circumstances. Furthermore, your work is characterized by being careful, structured, and having a flexible approach. Personal suitability is given great weight.

A permanent position as an ST doctor may be preceded by a fixed-term position as a junior doctor for a period of three to six months in accordance with regional guidelines for the appointment of ST doctor positions within Primary Care.
