We are now looking for an assistant for a cheerful woman in her 80s who lives in a villa with her family. The tasks are varied and include everything from participating in leisure activities to supporting daily life with a positive attitude and great care. We are looking for you who are a flexible woman with good physical fitness. You enjoy being active and engaging with others.

➡️ The position is a summer substitute role with shifts during the day and evening, as well as weekends.

We would like you to be:

• 🚗 Hold a valid Category B driver's license.

• 🚭 Be a non-smoker.

• 🔄 Flexible and adaptable to different working hours and needs that may arise.

• 💪 Have good physical fitness to participate in and assist with physical activities.

• ⭐ Experience in similar work is an advantage – we primarily value your personal suitability and attitude matching what we are looking for.

Scope & Work Arrangement:

• 📅 Start date: According to agreement.

• 📊 Employment level: Summer substitute role, approx. 37 hours per week. The position begins with introductory shifts and a one-hour employment trial to ensure everything works well before the substitute period starts.

• 🕒 Shifts: Day and evening, as well as weekends.

Recruitment Process

We contact candidates who are considered suitable for an initial interview on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the final application deadline. Your application is processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate of good conduct is always required.

Child's Perspective in Recruitment

At ENKV, we strictly follow the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. This means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving work with minor clients also includes training on the child's perspective.

Employment Terms

To be employed by us, you must be at least 18 years old, able to verify your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. Additionally, a valid BankID is required as both the employment contract and time reports are signed digitally.
