Imagine selling solutions that literally save lives! BEST is the market leader in Scandinavia for call systems and emergency alarms for the healthcare sector. We are now looking for a driven Key Account Manager who wants to grow the business in Halland, Jönköping County, Gotland, and parts of Northern Sweden. Do you want to help create safer healthcare environments?

About the role Here, you become the hub of business relations with regions, hospitals, and healthcare centers, both public and private. You primarily work with existing customers and proactively identify and steer new business opportunities, drive tender processes, and build the long-term customer relationships that form the foundation for growth. This is a role for you if you enjoy hunting and winning deals, rather than waiting for them to come to you.

You will be based at our office in Gothenburg (Billdal) and will be part of a team consisting of Key Account Managers, project managers, and technicians. Travel is a natural part of the job; nearby areas involve day trips, while travel to Northern Sweden entails approximately 2–4 overnight trips per year.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities within intelligent alarm and communication solutions.
  • Drive public tenders from bid submission to closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with IT managers, operations staff, property managers, consultants, and installers.
  • Conduct customer meetings, demos, and product presentations.
  • Closely collaborate with project managers and technicians regarding technical solutions.
  • Work closely with our marketing function regarding goals, strategies, and campaigns.
  • Represent BEST at trade fairs and industry forums.

About you You are a driven and goal-oriented salesperson who takes responsibility, works independently, and is attentive in customer interactions. You are social and outgoing, thrive when visiting customers, and understand the value of building long-term relationships. With a structured and business-minded approach, you do not give up until the deal is closed.

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably towards the public sector or healthcare.
  • Experience with public tender processes.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable selling software and hardware solutions.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken).
