Klingbrogården is a residential care home (HVB) for adults with psychiatric disabilities and/or substance abuse issues. We offer a safe and structured environment where every individual receives support to create stability and develop their resources.
We are now looking for an experienced and reliable employee for a full-time (100%) permanent position.
About the position
The position involves working at a residential care home for adults with substance abuse and psychiatric disabilities. The working hours include day shifts, evening shifts, weekend work, and on-call duties (sleep-over shifts) according to a rotating schedule.
The role includes supporting residents with daily tasks such as structuring daily life, hygiene, cleaning, meals, and social activation. You will work in a motivating and supportive manner based on the individual's needs and conditions, with the goal of strengthening the individual's independence and well-being.
The work is built on close collaboration within the staff team, and we place great emphasis on creating good relationships within the team. At our facility, we work together, support each other in daily work, and contribute to a safe and positive work environment.
We are looking for someone who is solution-focused, reliable, and responsible in their professional role. You must be able to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, as well as maintain a professional and respectful attitude even in challenging situations. Personal suitability, teamwork skills, and the ability to build good relationships with residents are highly valued.
The position also involves transportation and driving, sometimes over longer distances to different parts of the country. Therefore, a valid Category B driver's license is required, and you must feel confident driving during working hours.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience of independent work within residential care (HVB), social services (LSS), psychiatry, or addiction care
- Can handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism
- Works in a solution-focused and structured manner
- Has good documentation skills

Requirements
- Experience in similar operations
- Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Driver's license and driving experience
- Education as a nursing assistant, treatment assistant, treatment pedagog, or similar
