About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are a key figure in the store's management team, working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You are responsible for ensuring that the store's visual expression is inspiring, sales-driving, and aligned with our core concepts.

You work operationally in the store with a focus on sales development, customer satisfaction, and campaign execution. The work follows the Day–Week–Month principle, combining daily presence with follow-up and planning for seasonal changes and campaigns.

Your responsibilities

You will, among other things:

• Ensure that concepts, guidelines, and campaigns are executed correctly in the store
• Plan and execute product placement that maximizes sales
• Monitor sales data and optimize exposure based on results
• Introduce and support employees in visual standards
• Ensure the store maintains a high and inspiring visual level
• You are both creative and business-minded – you see what is beautiful, but also what sells.

Who are you?

We believe you currently work as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within retail.

You:

• Have education in Visual Merchandising/store communication
• Have experience in visual work and store operations
• Are accustomed to working with KPIs and sales follow-up
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and take initiative
• Are an engaged team player who inspires others
• You are driven by results and customer experience – and have a genuine interest in plants and seasonal opportunities.

Employment details

• Employment type: 30 hours/week, permanent (probationary period applies)
• Location: Lomma
• Start date: As agreed
