Language Consultant interested in a role as a writer for an e-magazine

Do you want to be part of a journey and build something from the ground up? We are looking for a driven and curious writer who wants to create engaging content about entrepreneurship and business – while being out there where the action is.

About the role

In this role, you produce articles, interviews, and reports that will be published on our upcoming website/e-magazine. You work both independently and proactively – you find your own angles, reach out to relevant people, and drive your projects to completion.

The work also involves packaging content for different channels, where text, images, and short-form content (e.g., video/shorts) work together to reach and engage a broad audience.

The position is based in Malmö, and the work takes place on-site in Skåne.

Responsibilities

• Write articles, reports, and interviews about entrepreneurship and business
• Independently find ideas, sources, and people to interview
• Contact, book, and conduct interviews
• Photograph and edit images for publication
• Adapt and repurpose content for social media
• Work with newsletters and content that drives traffic to the website
• Contribute to developing our digital presence and reach
• Follow the company's editorial policy and guidelines

We are looking for someone who

• Is a skilled writer with a sense for storytelling
• Is proactive and enjoys reaching out and driving things forward
• Has a strong interest in entrepreneurship, business, and the corporate world
• Is comfortable with digital tools, social media, and various publishing formats
• Has an eye for imagery and preferably experience with photography and basic editing
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and creatively

Merits

• Experience in content creation for digital channels
• Knowledge of video/shorts and basic video editing
• Experience with newsletters or digital marketing

About the position

• Location: Malmö, Skåne
• Work format: On-site
• Scope: Part-time, approx. 25%
• The position has good opportunities to expand as the website/e-magazine grows
