Our client offers an exciting role in an international company in Lund, where you will become part of a tight-knit and non-hierarchical team. Here you will work practically with the latest conference room technology in modern office environments, with a strong focus on installation and support in a newly built property.
About the role
In this role, you will work closely with a team responsible for conference rooms, video conferencing solutions, and AV technology. The focus is on operational work involving the installation, troubleshooting, and support of technical equipment, particularly in connection with the construction of a new office building.

Responsibilities
The role involves the operation, installation, support, and maintenance of conference room technology, with a special focus on establishing new systems in a modern office environment.
- Installation and configuration of conference room equipment
- Mounting of screens and other AV equipment
- Inventory and management of technical equipment
- Troubleshooting and support related to conference rooms and meeting technology
- Handling cases and alarms via case management systems
- User support via Teams, phone, and on-site
- Collaboration with the team regarding operations and daily priorities
We are looking for someone who
- Has completed post-secondary education in IT support, operations, or similar
- Has experience with practical installation work in AV, conference rooms, or IT
- Is accustomed to hands-on work with mounting, cabling, and technical equipment
- Is comfortable working out in the business environment and in close contact with users
- Has basic knowledge of IT, networks, or support
- Has a good technical understanding of hardware, software, and networks
- Has experience in technical support or installation
- Has a very strong service orientation and ability to interact with users
- Is fluent in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with the installation of conference rooms or AV technology
- Knowledge of Cisco Control Hub
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management
- Experience with ServiceNow or other case management systems
- Knowledge of Active Directory
