Do you want to be part of building something from scratch?

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who wants to help develop a new digital business platform and e-magazine focused on entrepreneurship, business, and commerce.

You will create professional content for the web and social media, meet with business owners, conduct interviews, and produce content that builds brand awareness, creates engagement, and drives traffic.

We are primarily looking for someone with the right drive, curiosity, and initiative. You don't need the longest CV – we welcome those at the beginning of their career who want to develop alongside us.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for the web, WordPress, and social media.
• Write articles, features, and interviews; contact companies, book, and conduct interviews.
• Photograph and create/edit image and video material for digital channels.
• Work with SEO, analytics, and AI to develop content and increase traffic, visibility, and engagement.
• Contribute to developing our digital presence and brand.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a highly skilled writer with excellent command of spoken and written Swedish.
• Has experience creating content for the web or social media through work, studies, or personal projects.
• Has an interest in photography, film, and visual communication and wants to develop in this area.
• Has good knowledge of WordPress and a basic understanding of SEO and how content drives traffic and engagement.
• Has an interest in AI and how new technology can be used in content production.
• Has a genuine interest in business, entrepreneurship, and commerce.
• Is proactive, structured, and responsible, and thrives working independently.
• Is comfortable picking up the phone to create new contacts, book interviews, and move work forward – you prefer personal contact over long email threads.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is an advantage.

About the position

• Scope: Approximately 20–25%. For the right person, there are good opportunities to gradually increase the role as the business develops. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and, through their own drive, responsibility, and good results, take on a larger role over time.
• Location: Malmö, with regular on-site meetings.
• Work format: Hybrid. Possibility to work both from the office and from home depending on the task.
• The work takes place primarily during regular office hours. At the same time, there is great flexibility to plan and arrange working hours in dialogue with the employer based on business needs.
• Interviews, photo shoots, and other assignments take place at companies and organizations throughout Skåne.
• Start date: According to agreement.
