About the client company
We are looking for an Administrator for our client in Söderfors! You will join an international industrial company with strong local roots and extensive experience in manufacturing and technical solutions. Here, colleagues work closely together, support each other, and drive development forward as a team. You will become part of a dynamic operation where much is happening and where there are great opportunities to contribute and develop.
Your responsibilities
This is a varied role where no two days are exactly alike. You will support various parts of the business and work with different types of tasks depending on needs and priorities. We are therefore looking for you who thrive in a flexible daily routine, enjoy having many contact points, and like to help out where needed. This role suits you if you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. In the role, you will among other things work with:
- Handling of customer orders
- Order registration in business systems
- Sending order acknowledgments and following up on orders in production
- Customer contact and ongoing dialogue with customers
- Detailed planning and master planning
- Invoicing
Your profile
We are looking for you who
- Have experience working in ERP systems, preferably Movex/M3
- Have a background in logistics, administration, or customer service
- Are structured and used to handling multiple tasks in parallel
- Thrive in a flexible role where days may vary
- Are cooperative, unpretentious, and like to help out where needed
Other information
Start: According to agreement, preferably immediately Scope: Full-time, daytime hours Location: Söderfors The assignment is for a period of 12 months with good chances of extension or direct employment with the client Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline
