Unika Nimbus service housing is located in a quiet area on Fäladen in Lund. We have operations such as DV, Group Housing, and Service Housing. At the Service Housing, we are a cheerful and positive group that works every day to make the best possible for our residents. We are now looking for hourly substitute staff who can step in during sickness and holidays.

As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually adapted support to people with functional variations, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will support the users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, and always use their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, where we start from each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for the users to achieve as much independence as possible and to be able to live a meaningful life with high quality of life. As a support assistant, you work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective handling to create security and predictability in the users' everyday lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the organization's resources and budget.

You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and able to maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a listening manner, and you enjoy collaborating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
• Experience working in care and social services.
• Upper secondary education such as Child and Youth Program, Care and Nursing Program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogy, social pedagogy, or university education in a relevant field.
• Driver's license.

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective handling.
• Worked with complex support needs.

Employment Type: Hourly employment
Working Hours: Varying day, evening, and sleeping night shifts
Start Date: According to agreement, we view it positively if you can start soon.
Collective Agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement of Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
