About the Role

As a Senior Developer, you will become a key player in a team with overall responsibility for product development within the payments sector. You will work agilely to develop services that position our client as an exciting FinTech company, with a focus on modern microservice architecture using Java and Kotlin, and JavaScript/TypeScript for the frontend.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain innovative solutions for payments and financing in a modern microservice architecture. You will contribute to the entire product development cycle and work agilely with Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop innovative solutions within the payments and financing sector.
• Contribute to the entire product development cycle, from idea to delivery.
• Influence working methods, processes, and technologies within the team.
• Develop services in a modern microservice architecture.
• Work with distributed systems and event-driven flows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods and tools.
• Spread knowledge and competence to colleagues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of experience in professional software development.
• Has good knowledge of backend development.
• Has good knowledge of Java or Kotlin.
• Has good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Has experience working in agile development teams.
• Is fluent in Swedish.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience within the FinTech industry.
