Telia is now looking for a Support Technician in Order Management to join the team in Växjö. About the Role
As a Support Technician in Order Management, you will become part of the Swap Team in Växjö, a small team responsible for managing and administering the company's pool of IT equipment. The role is varied and combines administrative tasks with practical work where you handle computers, mobile phones, and other IT equipment throughout their entire lifecycle. You work in several internal systems, register orders, administer devices, and ensure that the right equipment is delivered to the right user. After the introduction period, you will also have your own customer responsibility where you participate in customer meetings and work proactively with your customers regarding future deliveries and needs. Customer contact is primarily via email, and you collaborate daily with both internal functions and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming and outgoing IT equipment.
- Registering orders and administering cases in internal systems.
- Installing, configuring, and resetting computers and mobile phones.
- Warehouse management, labeling, and quality assurance of equipment.
- Administering deliveries and logistics.
- Providing customer support via email.
- Managing your own customer portfolio after the introduction period.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in structured work and is motivated by providing good service. You are detail-oriented, solution-focused, and good at collaborating with others while also taking initiative and responsibility for your tasks. Previous experience in similar roles is not required – the most important thing is that you have an interest in IT, enjoy administration, and have a willingness to learn new systems and working methods. Since the role involves a lot of contact with both colleagues and customers, you are communicative and enjoy working in a service-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- High school education.
- Good general computer skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Good English skills, both spoken and written.
Merits
- Experience with customer contact.
- Experience from service, administration, warehouse, or customer support.
- Knowledge of Excel.
