Job Description

We are now looking for an Object Specialist for the teams working on the development of business-oriented IT support within the objects Digital Workplace and Delivery & Service Support.

As an Object Specialist, you actively drive the development of purposeful IT support, from need to delivery. Together with other Object Specialists and under the leadership of the Object Manager, you help design and implement the development plan for IT support in the objects. The focus of the work as an Object Specialist is forward-looking with development in focus, but in the role you are also expected to be involved in proactive maintenance. To ensure that the right value is created, the work is carried out in close collaboration with the business, but the role is also an important link between business and technology where business benefit is in focus. We need engaged and flexible employees who want to take great personal responsibility and drive development forward.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who like to work together with others and who consider that one of your most important tasks is to understand users and be able to translate their needs into value-creating solutions.

You have relevant documented education or equivalent experience for the position, which is assessed by the employer as equivalent. You have a basic understanding of IT and its role in a larger organization. It is meritorious if you have professional experience working with business development and digitalization.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are curious, self-initiative, structured and meticulous. You are flexible and responsive to the needs of your surroundings and have an easy time collaborating. By being clear and communicative, you are good at supporting others' learning. You need to thrive working in a changing and complex organization.

Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is an important prerequisite for this role.

As an Object Specialist, you belong to the department IT Management and Business Support. On the department, we are 20 employees who among other things work with object management, technical object management, and as Object Specialists. The department also has the task to, in close collaboration with management, support and ensure that Information Technology's business can be conducted efficiently and in accordance with the current business idea. Promoting a resource-efficient and value-creating IT supply in the region is part of the mission.
