Structured and Driven Service Manager – Infrastructure & Security

We are now looking for a structured and driven Service Manager who wants to take responsibility for our IT infrastructure and security and ensure that our platform meets the business's needs and requirements.

About the Role

As Service Manager – Infrastructure & Security, you are responsible for developing, steering, and monitoring our IT operations, platform, and security capabilities. The role covers both operational monitoring and strategic development, ensuring that the IT environment is stable, cost-effective, and secure.

You work closely with external vendors and internal functions to ensure clear division of responsibilities, high delivery quality, and a secure IT environment. The role is central to handling increased demands for cybersecurity, compliance, and digitalization.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for IT operations, platform, and infrastructure services
• Own and develop the service catalog, SLAs, and monitoring
• Manage and monitor vendors
• Ensure stable operations, availability, and performance
• Take responsibility for cybersecurity and information security at the operational level
• Drive security work, risk management, and improvement measures
• Ensure the IT platform supports business needs and future requirements
• Handle incidents, escalations, and change processes
• Contribute to the long-term development of IT architecture and platform

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with a profile that is structured, responsible, and has a good ability to manage complex IT environments and vendor relationships. You thrive in a role where you can combine operational control with development work.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or service management
• Experience in vendor management and SLA monitoring
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar platforms
• Experience in IT security and cybersecurity work
• Ability to work in a structured and risk-aware manner
• Experience in incident and change management
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good understanding of Scandinavian languages

Meritorious Qualifications

• Experience with SOC, security monitoring, or risk management
• Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks
• Experience in network and infrastructure design
• Experience from outsourced IT environments or managed services
