Do you want to help develop tomorrow’s PLM solutions in a global industrial group? We are now looking for a Solutions Architect who wants to contribute to strengthening and further developing our systems and working methods.

About the role

As a Solutions Architect, you will design software solutions to implement our PLM initiatives, based on the work packages defined by the projects. You will work seamlessly in Visual Studio, C++, C#, BMIDE Java, and Eclipse.

In the beginning, you will support operations by implementing minor changes and further developing functionality in our PLM system.

For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to influence and develop both the role and the working methods within the PLM department.

Location

NIBE’s PLM team is located at the headquarters in Markaryd.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is curious, self-motivated, and proactive, and who sees opportunities to contribute to the development of our PLM function.

You have a structured working approach and an interest in methodology that promotes information coordination. At the same time, you have strong collaboration skills and a natural team spirit.

A suitable background could be engineering, project management, or education in systems or computer science, preferably combined with experience as a CAD designer. You have a good understanding of product development processes, lifecycle management, and quality work.

We would especially like you to have:

• Experience working in PLM systems, preferably Siemens Teamcenter, which is our primary tool
• Knowledge in Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Infor XA, and Microsoft Visio
• Experience from the manufacturing industry is a plus
