Do you want to work in an organization where your contribution helps healthcare run smoothly every day? We are now looking for two IT support staff members for Region Kronoberg's IT support for a 10-month assignment, with some possibility of extension.
As an IT support staff member, you work in the front line and are often the first point of contact when something is not working in the digital work environment.
You will among other things:
- Receive calls and cases from the region's operations
- Provide support within the Windows environment, Microsoft 365, and digital workplace
- Handle questions regarding printers, screens, and other office and operational equipment
- Register, troubleshoot, and follow up on cases in the case management system
- Contribute to a smooth user experience in close collaboration with colleagues in the team
The assignment runs from approx. 2026/09/01 to 2027/06/20, with the possibility of a shorter extension. Working hours are weekdays within the range 07:00-17:00, with 8-hour workdays. The location is the green and beautiful Sigfridsområdet area in Växjö.
The work takes place in a modern IT environment where Microsoft 365 is an important part of the ongoing digital development. You will have a varied daily routine where you both solve urgent problems and help users work more efficiently.
You will become part of IT Support within Region Kronoberg, a tightly knit team where everyone always works together and never alone in the support. This is an environment where people help each other, where experience is shared, and where you quickly get into the work even as a newcomer.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To thrive in the role, we believe that you:
- Have good computer skills and feel confident in the Windows environment
- Have experience in customer contact, support, or service professions
- Are comfortable working by phone and handling many parallel cases
- Have an interest in IT and digital tools (M365 experience is meritorious)
- Are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a good attitude towards customers
- Thrive in a team and are not afraid to ask for help or ask colleagues
The most important thing is not that you know everything from day one, but that you are curious, quick to learn, and have the right attitude.
