Your role

In this role, you are responsible for customer relations, contracts, and service deliveries within technical systems and software-based solutions. You will become a key person at the intersection between customer, business, and delivery, with responsibility for ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term business development.

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Own and manage our customer contracts throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and meet agreed requirements and service levels.
• Create long-term customer relationships through active dialogue and close follow-up.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams within software, system integration, and information management.
• Monitor economics and risks and contribute to our quotation and business development work.
• Identify new development and upselling opportunities with your existing customers.

Your profile

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of software development, system administration, or technical service deliveries.
• Experience in leading or coordinating work or teams, for example as a team leader, project manager, or through other experience considered equivalent.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have experience in customer responsibility, contract management, or contract ownership. Experience from FMV, the Swedish Armed Forces, or the defense industry is also a significant plus.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security clearance regulations in effect at the time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
