Experienced and Business-Driven Service Manager – Applications, BI & AI

We are now looking for an engaged and structured Service Manager who wants to take responsibility for our applications, BI platforms, and AI initiatives and drive development in line with our strategy 2026–2028.

About the Role

As Service Manager – Applications, BI & AI, you are responsible for developing, administering, and prioritizing our application and data platform. The role covers the entire lifecycle – from needs assessment and prioritization to delivery, follow-up, and further development.

You work closely with the business and external partners to ensure our solutions create concrete business value and support our strategic goals. The role requires strong ownership, combining a strategic perspective with operational execution capability.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Administer and develop our applications, BI platform, and data model
• Drive and coordinate AI and automation initiatives
• Prioritize and balance business needs against development capacity
• Ensure all initiatives are linked to business benefit and measurable effects
• Manage and follow up on external suppliers
• Responsible for requirements specification, backlog, and delivery follow-up
• Ensure data quality, structure, and governance
• Collaborate closely with the business to drive adoption and usage
• Contribute to application and BI/AI strategy and roadmap

Who Are You?

We would like you to have:

• Experience in application administration or service management
• Experience with BI platforms and data-driven business development
• Experience working with external suppliers and partners
• Good understanding of business processes and operational needs
• Ability to work in a structured, data-driven, and strategic manner
• Experience in prioritizing backlogs and steering delivery
• Previous experience in project management
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience with AI, automation, or data governance
• Experience with SAP or other business systems
• Experience with integration platforms or data warehouses
