And as if that weren't enough, we are in an exciting phase where we, together with the municipal corporation, are procuring and implementing a new HR platform to develop into the data-driven, efficient, and value-creating organization we desire.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The position has two main focus areas that reflect our way of working. You will partly be a coaching support to managers and the organization within the entire HR spectrum in two business areas, and partly responsible for driving and further developing processes within wage formation and benefits.
Those who are by your side are the Head of Management Functions, HR Business Partner, HR Coordinator, Payroll Administrator, Document Controller, and Security Strategist.
EXAMPLE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support to managers and the organization in all existing HR processes
- Negotiation and cooperation with employee organizations
- Lead and coordinate job architecture, wage mapping, and wage review
- Coordinate and support managers in personnel-related matters, rehabilitation, competence supply, etc.
- Security interviews and background checks
- Develop and strengthen HR's basic processes in line with the business's needs and strategic goals

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
- University degree in Labor Science or equivalent
- At least five years of professional experience in qualified and business-oriented HR
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Knowledge and experience of processes within wage formation
- Meticulous and team-oriented with high problem-solving skills and integrity
QUALIFICATIONS THAT ARE MERITORIOUS:
- Knowledge of collective agreements Sobona BÖK/BB Energi
- Experience of working in the public sector
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Interviews are planned to be held on June 10–11 and June 15.
