One of the major players in the banking sector is looking for a consultant in Enterprise Process Management (EPM) through us for a contract of at least one year. The role involves providing operational and administrative support within daily operations, where you will support stakeholders regarding EPM processes, tools, and governance. You will also ensure efficient handling of daily inquiries, communication, and coordination.
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work but work on behalf of our client. We are looking for someone who can start the assignment immediately and who views the role as a long-term opportunity. The office is located in Sundbyberg, but you are offered the opportunity to work from home up to approximately 50% of the time.
For this assignment, the final candidate will need to undergo a background check, including a criminal record check and a credit report. More information on this will be provided later in the process.

- A structured and professional work environment with clear processes and working methods.
- A hybrid work model with flexibility (2–3 days in the office per week).
Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Manage and monitor the EPM team's functional inbox.
- Answer routine questions regarding EPM tools, platforms, and process-related information.
- Support the administration of user permissions in the EPM system.
- Help prepare, coordinate, and distribute EPM-related communication.
- Support general administration within the EPM team and meeting coordination.
We are looking for you who
- Have a completed (or soon to be completed) academic degree in Business Administration, Industrial Economics, Management, or similar.
- Have very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Have a basic understanding or strong interest in business processes, governance frameworks, and enterprise tools.
Merits
- Experience from administrative, coordinating, or support-oriented roles.
- Experience with EPM, BPM, governance, risk, or compliance.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools and enterprise platforms.
Personal qualities
To thrive in this role, we see that you are a structured and service-oriented person who enjoys supporting others and working in a coordinating function. You are meticulous, responsible, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel efficiently. Furthermore, you are communicative, team-oriented, and thrive in an environment where processes, structure, and documentation are a natural part of the work. We also see that you are curious, solution-oriented, and have a desire to learn and develop within a larger organization.
Our recruitment process
This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work. Our client's preference is that all questions regarding the role are sent to Academic Work.
We apply rolling selections and will take down the advertisement when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying. We do not use cover letters as a selection method, so one is not required. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
