The vocational higher education program is post-secondary and combines theory with practice in close collaboration with working life. Employers are active in both planning and implementation, making the education current and relevant.

We are now looking for an engaged education manager/teacher for our vocational higher education program Plant Design – Plant Constructor 3D.

Responsibilities

As an education manager/teacher, you will primarily teach several of the program's courses. Which courses are relevant depends on your competence. The program's courses include Plant Design, Mechanics, Strength of Materials and Material Science, Fluid Mechanics, Computer-Aided Design Technology, Applied Mathematics, Heat and Thermodynamic Systems, Fluid Mechanics, and Thesis Project.

As the education manager, you are also responsible for the program's contact with the industry and work to ensure good collaboration with representatives from working life. You are responsible for securing and following up on internship placements and for maintaining a clear thread throughout the entire program. The role also involves establishing contact with consultants who can teach all or parts of the program's courses when needed.

Teaching on other of the school's programs may also become relevant.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have work experience in piping design within the process industry and strong pedagogical skills. We would appreciate if you have experience in instructing others and teaching. Great importance will be attached to personal qualities. Experience in project management, E3D, SolidWorks, and Caepipe/ROHR2 is meritorious.

We are looking for an independent and flexible colleague. You are good at building relationships and have the ability to adapt teaching to the students' needs. We believe you are solution-oriented and communicative. By sharing your knowledge and experience in your teaching, you contribute to developing tomorrow's employees.
