To Derome Bygg & Industri, we are now looking for a Key Account Sales Manager for Gothenburg who wants to play a central role in our continued growth. In this role, you combine business acumen with the ability to create long-term customer relationships with some of the largest players in the construction industry.
As a Key Account Sales Manager, you are responsible for sales to larger construction contractors, where a large part of your work involves creating new business opportunities as well as developing our existing ones. You work on identifying and realizing growth and building relationships with various decision-makers at each customer.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Sales responsibility for your own customer portfolio
- Proactive activities and booking meetings
- Conducting price and contract negotiations
- Continuous processing of existing customer base as well as new customer processing
- Analyzing customer needs and developing our offer (products & services)
- Working to broaden the sold assortment (together with specialist salespeople)
- Strengthening profitability (margin, services, cost efficiency)
- Initiating relationship-building activities
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have good experience in sales and key account management. If you additionally have this experience within construction and iron trade, we see it as very meritorious. To succeed as a key account sales manager with us, you should be structured, proactive, and a strong team player. As a person, you should identify with being self-reliant, responsible, and possessing well-developed business acumen. You are accustomed to handling the entire sales process with high energy, good cooperation skills, and a high work ethic.
