We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant for a consultancy assignment with our client in Kungsbacka. The position is full-time with immediate start, with an estimated duration of six months and possibilities for extension or permanent employment. You will work in a broad and varied role within the finance function, assisting with various office administration and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable
• Continuous bookkeeping
• Invoicing
• Payments
• Contact with customers, suppliers, and internal requesters
• Office purchasing
• Answering inquiries via email and phone
• General administration

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role
• Good system proficiency and experience working in multiple financial systems
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Very good spoken and written skills in both Swedish and English
