About the role
As a Coordinator at Telia Cygate, you will have a central and responsible role where you have overall responsibility for coordinating and following up on the consulting operations in Region Östergötland and Småland. You work closely with consultants, customers, and internal functions, focusing on ensuring high quality in delivery and matching the right competence to the right assignment. A central part of the role is the administrative responsibility, where you ensure that time reporting and invoicing function correctly and according to plan. You plan, coordinate, and follow up on assignments while ensuring that processes and routines are followed.
The role involves many contact points and requires good structure, initiative, and a strong relationship-building approach. You are expected to take significant personal responsibility while contributing to the team's development and the business's continued success.

Key responsibilities
- Coordination of assignments for consultants.
- Manage and follow up on administrative processes related to time reporting and invoicing.
- Set up new customers in the system.
- Participate in customer meetings with a proactive and business-driven focus.
- Responsible for coordination between customer, consultant, and sales in the delivery process.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least a high school education or 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Has strong administrative skills.
- Has a valid B-driver's license.
- Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Is social, driven, structured, and skilled at networking.
It is an advantage if you have
- Understanding of the IT consulting industry.
- Experience working in business and economic systems such as Workday and Visma.
