As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you alternate between advising and selling within prescriptions and self-care products. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, engagement, and experience to improve our customers' health and the pharmacy's success.

Why you should work with us – the pharmacy manager tells

At our pharmacy, we are a team of five, and we invite you to become part of our group. Our work environment is characterized by joy, laughter, and helpfulness. The pharmacy is open every weekday from 09:00 to 18:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 15:00. The pharmacy is located a stone's throw from Mölndal Station, offering excellent commuting options by bus, tram, and train.

Since it is a small pharmacy, you will have the chance to work with a variety of tasks. The position may involve lending to other pharmacies in the Gothenburg region. This is a permanent position, and both full-time and part-time hours are negotiable.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed dispensing pharmacist or pharmacist. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, you will recognize yourself in the following description:

You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy as well as across the region and Apotek Hjärtat.

You take responsibility for meeting the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed. You contribute a positive attitude and look for simple solutions in everyday life. As the Sales Responsible, your areas of responsibility include:

• Taking appropriate measures to achieve set goals at the pharmacy.
• Optimizing Apotek Hjärtat's campaigns and sales activities in consultation with the regional sales coach and pharmacy manager, ensuring planograms are followed and updated according to instructions.
• Developing working methods, in consultation with the responsible pharmacist, to achieve optimal customer service and increased sales in the prescription channel.
• Responsible for mechanical sales, e.g., signage, price labeling, and product displays.
• Serving as a good role model in customer interactions, utilizing and sharing everyday knowledge to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
• Coaching employees so that customer service, advice, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are constantly improved.
