We are currently seeking an engaged individual who wants to join our team and work with our female client in Skurup.

What does the role involve?

The client is a woman in her 70s living in an apartment in Skurup. She requires support with all activities of daily living (ADL) due to weakness on the right side of her body. The client uses a wheelchair, has limited motor function in her right arm, and requires a lift for transfers. The role includes cooking, accompanying her on walks, assisting with transfers, providing care, and spending quality time together, such as watching a good movie.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We value patience and the ability to be personal while maintaining a professional attitude. It is important that you feel confident performing care tasks and have a flexible approach to work.

Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Availability for flexible working hours – days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience in healthcare or social care.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Temporary/As-needed basis

Working Hours: Days and evenings, distributed across weekdays and weekends during weeks 28–34.

Start Date: ASAP or by agreement.

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Before employment, you must be able to prove your right to work in Sweden, either through EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit.
