We are now looking for a District Nurse for Praktikertjänst Vårdcentral Stationstorget!

Praktikertjänst Vårdcentral Stationstorget opened on September 1, 2024, in newly built and modern premises, strategically located next to Burlöv station.

Here, you have great opportunities to shape and develop the operations. We work in a cross-professional manner and value participation, engagement, and the ability to influence – both in daily work and in the development of new working methods.

Our team currently consists of two district doctors, one specialist trainee doctor, two nurses (one of whom is a district nurse), two nursing assistants, a dietician, a physiotherapist, an occupational therapist, and a psychologist. As the health center continues to grow, we are now looking for another colleague to join our ongoing journey.

Job Responsibilities

The position offers varied work with common tasks at the health center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, triage, telephone advice, work via 1177, and handling patient contacts through our digital tools.

Qualifications

You are a District Nurse with experience from primary care. If you have worked in the PMO medical record system and are comfortable with digital working methods, we consider this an advantage.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Other Information

Working hours are negotiable.
