Your Responsibilities

In our operations, we receive individuals in need of protection or support, who are placed in individual apartments. We are currently in need of staff for our housing facilities.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Meeting urgent needs and being available for those living with us.
• Supporting individuals in their planning.
• Receiving urgent placements and making initial assessments.
• Performing practical tasks in the housing facility.
• Working with authorities and official contacts.
• Maintaining journals and handling documentation.
• Picking up new placements at the housing facility.

Working with us is fundamentally about engagement, flexibility, and responsiveness. Since the tasks are varied, broad experience and competence are advantageous. Therefore, we are looking for you who:

• Have post-secondary education in social work, such as a social worker, behavioral scientist, treatment pedagogue, or similar.
• Enjoy working independently and collaborating in a team.
• Are responsible and have achieved a personal maturity that makes you confident in yourself.
• Have an empathetic and professional approach.
• Have knowledge of low-affective handling (low-arousal approach).
• Have a valid driver's license.

It is an advantage if you also have work experience in social work with people in addiction/substance abuse, have experience and knowledge in meeting people exposed to violence, and are accustomed to meeting people in acute crisis. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
