Job Responsibilities

As a substitute, you will gain valuable work experience and contacts for the future. You have an important role that enables us to continuously maintain our security and quality. You will belong to a work team where you together plan the work with children/students.

As a substitute in our preschools and schools, you will work based on your available time and can be booked with short notice.

Qualifications

As a person, you thrive in a varied environment and are responsible. You have a positive attitude, can take initiative, and cooperate easily.

It is an advantage if you are considering studying to become a preschool teacher, teacher, or other pedagogical education and want to try the profession beforehand.

You should also be a good role model, open, and curious when meeting new people. You have a welcoming attitude and the ability to build good relationships with children, guardians, and your colleagues.

The role requires you to take initiative and not be afraid to ask questions. It is important that you take significant personal responsibility so that you know what is expected of you in our preschools and schools.

We prioritize individuals with the right competencies for our operations and place great importance on personal suitability. You must be at least 18 years old. An extract from the criminal record register is required for employment.

Working Hours/Duration

Intermittent employment, hourly paid. Start date by agreement.
