I am a 10-year-old boy looking for a new personal assistant for daytime hours. I have a disability and need help with various daily tasks. You will work closely with me and be an important part of my daily life.

The role involves being available for all tasks. You are responsible for creating a calm, safe, and stable environment, ensuring that the day proceeds smoothly and securely.

Who are you?

I am looking for someone who is sensitive, empathetic, and responsible. You have a genuine interest in working with people, are flexible, and adapt easily to different situations. Experience in care work or within healthcare and support services is advantageous, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality and your ability to treat others with respect and care.

• You are meticulous and have good judgment.
• You can work independently but also collaborate well with others.
• You have strong communication skills and can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience working with teenagers is an advantage.

I need help with suctioning, managing a feeding pump for a PEG tube, and using a lift. Most importantly, you see me as a whole person and can plan and structure my daily life independently. You should view this as a long-term position, as it takes time for me to get used to new assistants. You must have fluent Swedish skills in both speech and writing, as this is crucial for communication and documentation.

A nursing assistant education is a big plus, but most importantly, you are confident, sensitive, and want to be part of my daily life.

About the employment

Employment type: Hourly employment

Working hours: Daytime according to schedule or agreement.

Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement.

Shifts: Active assistance 24/7, divided into day, evening, and night shifts according to a customized schedule. You will receive introduction and training for the role of personal assistant.
