About the role:

We are looking for a Team Leader with a background in automotive or industrial technology, preferably with experience from the automotive or industrial sectors. You will become part of the team that is building up our workshop during an exciting establishment phase, where you will have the opportunity to influence culture, working methods, and branding from the ground up. During the first four months, you will undergo a training period at our sister company, Ritek, in Levanger, Norway. In the long term, the role will also involve leading and mentoring new employees in the workshop.

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for the disassembly, repair, and refurbishment of components and systems on heavy equipment vehicles. The work includes mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tasks as well as documentation according to current quality standards. As one of our first technicians on-site, you will help build a completely new workshop operation. Over time, there is an opportunity to grow into a supervisory role where you will guide and support new employees in the workshop.

Desired qualifications and skills:

We are looking for you who have a technical education and experience as a mechanic or technician. You enjoy working practically and find it easy to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and electrical schematics. Attention to detail and quality are second nature to you.

As a person, you are self-driven but also a strong team player who is happy to share your knowledge. You have good leadership qualities and a pedagogical approach that makes others enjoy learning from you. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. A Class B driver's license is required, and you must be able to undergo a security clearance for work under defense secrecy.

You must be available to work at Ritek in Levanger (Norway) during the weeks for the introduction and training period, which covers the first four months of employment.
