About the role:
We are looking for vehicle and industrial mechanics with experience from the automotive industry or industrial sector. You will become part of the team that builds up our workshop during an exciting establishment phase where you will have the opportunity to influence culture, working methods, and branding from the ground up. During the first four months, you will undergo a training period at our sister company Ritek in Levanger, Norway.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the disassembly, repair, and renovation of components and systems on heavy equipment vehicles. The work includes mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical tasks as well as documentation according to current quality standards. As one of our first technicians on-site, you now have the opportunity to become part of a completely new workshop operation.
Desired qualifications and skills:
We are looking for you who have a technical education and experience as a technician, mechanic, or engineer. You enjoy working practically and have an easy time interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and electrical schematics. Attention to detail and quality are second nature to you, and we are looking for you who have the will and curiosity to learn something new in an exciting and growing industry.
As a person, you are self-reliant but also a strong team player who is happy to share your knowledge. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. A Class B driver's license is required, and you must be able to undergo a security clearance for work under defense secrecy. Having a forklift license or experience with wheel loaders or cranes is merit-based but not a requirement.
You must have the opportunity to work at Ritek in Levanger (Norway) during the weeks for the introduction and training period, which covers the first four months of employment.
What we offer:
With us, you become part of a dedicated team that truly makes a difference. We offer a varied and stimulating work environment where no day is like the other. You get good opportunities for further education and personal development. You will work in a dynamic, creative, and fast-paced climate with short decision-making paths and great scope for action.
