Kurera Omsorg is a young and modern care company with three business areas: Personal Assistance, Individual and Family, and Rusta och Matcha. Our head office is located in Malmö, and we also have offices for personal assistance in Västervik and Stockholm.

About the Job

Summer substitute with shifts scheduled during the day and evening. Good chance of extension to a permanent position if the chemistry is right.

About the Customer

The customer lives alone in an apartment in Staffanstorp. The customer is paralyzed, has a tracheostomy (trach), PEG tube, and catheter. The customer uses a cough and suction machine, respirator, and oxygen concentrator.

The customer is verbal and communicates themselves what support they need and how it is desired to provide it.

We would like you to have previous experience with the machines used at the workplace. However, this is not a requirement as we provide on-site training and shadowing by our assistants who are ready to mentor you.

Job Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you will be a support for what the customer cannot do themselves in daily life. This includes, for example, household chores and personal hygiene.

The customer receives all care at home.

• Our customer has wonderful assistants, some of whom have worked there for several years. You will never work alone; you will always have an experienced assistant by your side who can support you in your work.
• We are looking for YOU who is a cheerful and cooperative person for this workplace.
• The customer would prefer that you are cooperative, calm, responsive, and loyal to both colleagues and the customer.
• You must be able to master Swedish well in both speech and writing.
• Experience as a nurse assistant, personal assistant, or healthcare assistant is preferred.
• The job is located in Staffanstorp; a driver's license is not required as there are good bus connections.
