Do you also enjoy photography and being out in nature? Would you like to work as my personal assistant and support me in my daily life and my interest in photography and images?

I am a creative guy in my 30s with several disabilities and illnesses. I live with good transport links to both Lund and Malmö. I enjoy being out in nature to photograph plants and wildlife. I edit the photos I take in Lightroom, and I also have a blog for my creative work.

The job involves assisting me with my personal care, in my daily life, when I meet friends, and during my hobbies. My family has a cottage on Österlen that we often visit, and as my assistant, you will travel with me on these trips.

About you: You who are applying are a person who is sensitive, responsible, calm, and meticulous. You have a positive and curious outlook on life and a twinkle in your eye. In your work as my assistant, it is important that you are open and listen to me and what I need in the moment. You can follow a set plan but also adapt to the situation, without losing focus on the fact that it is my needs, my personal habits, and how I wish to live my life, in my own way, that guide us.

My great interest in animals and nature means I enjoy being out with my adapted camera equipment in the forest and countryside. Therefore, I hope that you share my passion for nature and find it just as fun and rewarding as I do to be out photographing.

These criteria are especially important for me to be met by my assistants:

• You are smoke- and snuff-free.
• You do not have any pets at home due to my allergies.
• You must have a driver's license and be able to drive my car during work.
• You are welcome to have basic knowledge and personal experience of working with photography and images.

We offer you a well-planned, paid introduction so that we can help and support me in the best possible way. You will also receive regular guidance from my personal supervisor to develop and grow into the role.

I also collaborate with a very skilled nature photographer who will train you in the programs I use and teach you how to best accompany me in my image creation.

My assistants usually find that working with me is both developing and fun!

About the position: The work begins as an hourly employment in August so that we have time to get to know each other. The position then becomes a fixed-term contract from 2026-08-31 to 2027-06-06. For the right person, there is then the possibility of extending the fixed-term contract. We are looking for someone who, just like us, values a long-term collaboration.

Scope: The fixed-term contract is at 80%, where you work a total of 30 hours per week over three consecutive weekdays and one weekend day each month. In addition, there is the possibility of taking extra shifts if you wish.

Start date: We envision that the start date for the introduction and hourly employment is no later than August 2nd, and that the fixed-term contract starts on August 31st.

About the recruitment process: We contact interesting candidates on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
