🌿 Personal Assistant Wanted – Full-time (Tjuvkil/Marstrand)

Are you looking for a meaningful job where you can truly make a difference – every day? We are currently seeking a reliable, warm, and engaged personal assistant for a 23-year-old young woman living in her own apartment in Tjuvkil, with good connections to Kungälv and Marstrand.

With us, the job is about more than just assistance – you will become an important part of her daily life, security, and quality of life.

💛 About her
She is a calm, happy, and charming person who enjoys:
• Long walks by the sea – in all weather
• Music, especially High School Musical
• Being in the kitchen together with her assistants
• Fashion, interior design, and making everyday life a little extra special

She lives with complex epilepsy, has a stoma and PEG, and uses walking aids. She does not have verbal speech, which means you need to be attentive and able to interpret body language, facial expressions, and subtle signals.

Epileptic seizures may occur, requiring you to remain calm, reliable, and capable of acting decisively in emergency situations.

• Are responsible, reliable, and empathetic
• Have a calm and stable demeanor – even in unexpected situations
• Are good at reading people and understanding without words
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Have good Swedish skills in speech and writing (documentation is included)
• Ideally have experience in care or personal assistance (meritorious but not required)

Employment level: 75–100 %

Working hours: Night shifts are from 21:00 to 07:00

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed by agreement, and other compensations are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately. Recruitment is ongoing for as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
