Unika Rökaholms Gård is beautifully situated in the countryside, between Trolleholm and Billinge. The service housing complex comprises 8 apartments and is targeted at individuals in group 1 under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

In the role of support pedagogue, you will provide support and services based on the residents' wishes, both in the home and during leisure activities. You will contribute to enabling residents to lead an active and meaningful life. Furthermore, you must be able to identify each individual's specific needs and conduct pedagogical work based on these needs. Since the needs vary among users, no two days are alike, contributing to a challenging and exciting job.

You will work closely with the users alongside your colleagues and have significant responsibility for driving and developing the pedagogical work at the facility, in consultation with the operations manager. Some delegated health and medical care tasks are included in the work.

You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and able to maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills, relate to others in a listening manner, and thrive in teamwork. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.

• Graduation from a support pedagogue program (200 YH credits) or 60 ECTS credits in pedagogy.
• Experience and knowledge of the target group LSS adults, group 1.
• Basic knowledge of household work, such as nutrition and hygiene.
• Computer literacy and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license and access to a personal car. A personal car is required as public transport to and from the workplace is not available.

• Experience in driving pedagogical work within LSS.
• Experience working with people with autism and challenging behavior.
• Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral problems.
• Experience with clarifying communication and low-affective handling.

Employment Type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period.

Work Hours: Approximately 90%.

Working Hours: Varying hours, weekend duty every other weekend, half-time on-call calculation.

Start Date: August 1, 2026, or as agreed.

Collective Agreement: We are bound by collective agreements with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Branch E.
