Höganäs Omsorg is looking for engaged and caring individuals for hourly positions within functional support. We offer you meaningful work where you are the hero in someone else's daily life. You get the chance to grow as a person and develop qualities such as empathy, creativity, and courage.

Within Functional Support, you work in a supportive and supervisory role using a pedagogical approach so that our care recipients can, as far as possible, live like others with quality of life, good living conditions, and participation. Our operations work with all ages, and the needs of care recipients vary, ranging from people with mild disabilities needing pedagogical support to those with severe disabilities requiring greater care needs.

We are seeking hourly substitutes for Day Activities within our service groups as well as within our group homes.

QUALIFICATIONS

We place great importance on personal suitability, good teamwork skills, and that you have a willingness and curiosity to learn more. You are secure, engaged, independent, and have good communication skills. You want to help people live their best lives.

You are welcome to have some form of education and/or experience in the profession, but it is not a requirement.

Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old. A Category B driver's license is required to work within Day Activities.

You must be able to pass a delegated tasks test together with a nurse.

You need good knowledge of the Swedish language. If you proceed in the recruitment process, you will be required to take a language test.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
