Do you want to help train the maintenance technicians of the future? Campus Telge is now looking for an engaged and competent course coordinator instructor for the course Supervision, Project Management, Communication and Customer Service within the Vocational Higher Education Programme in Maintenance Technician.

The assignment involves planning, conducting, and following up on a four-week full-time distance course during the autumn of 2026. The course is aimed at adult students in the vocational higher education sector.

• Plan the course structure and teaching according to the syllabus
• Conduct digital teaching via Microsoft Teams
• Develop course materials and examination documents
• Be responsible for grading and assessment
• Collaborate with educational leaders and participate in follow-up meetings
• Adapt teaching to the needs of different students

• Have relevant professional competence in supervision, project management, communication, or customer service
• Have experience teaching adults
• Are pedagogical, flexible, and development-oriented
• Have good digital competence
• Preferably have experience teaching within VHEP (Vocational Higher Education Programme)

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience with validation work
• Are accustomed to working in digital learning platforms
• Have experience with distance teaching

• Course period: August 24 – September 18, 2026
• Scope: 40 instructor-led hours
• Mode of study: Distance
