About the position

We operate services for adults with support needs according to the LSS act. We offer group homes, day activities, and sensory rooms. Our clients' daily lives are governed by participation, influence, and self-determination. You will be placed at one of our group homes or day activities and work with pleasant colleagues who do their utmost every day to deliver good results. Due to our good cooperation within Humana, you will also meet other residents and colleagues on certain occasions.

We are now looking for a summer temporary worker who wants to work according to schedule in our operations. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living.

In the role, you will work with:

• Providing individual support, care, and service measures
• Planning and carrying out activities with the client
• Performing delegated health and medical tasks as needed

You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

Who are you?

• Experience from similar operations is meritorious
• Knowledge in low-affective handling and clear pedagogy is meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as documentation is a large part of the work
• A B-driver's license is meritorious

As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position of residential support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and sensitivity.
