Your responsibilities

The team you will join will handle a critical IT infrastructure platform for one of our client's business areas, which is essential for the management and development of technical services. A significant focus will be placed on ensuring system availability, which requires high standards for security, stability, and precision.

As a person, you are expected to be organized and accustomed to taking responsibility. You are someone who takes action, is meticulous in your commitments, and strives to do an excellent job together with your team. Your team will play a central role in delivering and supporting IT services. It is of utmost importance to carry out and document work according to established routines and processes.

Right now, we are looking for:

• Infrastructure Engineer within Windows with at least 9 years of experience
• Infrastructure Engineer within Windows with 4-8 years of experience
• Infrastructure Engineer within Windows with 1-3 years of experience
• Infrastructure Engineer within Linux with 4-8 years of experience

Together, you will be responsible for and maintain an IT infrastructure with routine tasks. This includes delivering client- and server-based services and being part of the operations and support team. You will also handle patching and upgrading of the client and server environment, as well as develop scripts and use automation tools to streamline workflows. Additionally, you will participate in the development of services related to the infrastructure platform and ensure that security requirements are met. Active participation in improving technical solutions will also be part of your work.

Your profile and qualifications

Requirements, team-based:

• Experience managing Windows server environments and VDI platforms
• A few years of experience with Linux, focusing on server operations
• Extensive experience working with Redhat and CentOS
• Previous experience setting up new development environments with the above technologies
• A genuine interest in technology and keeping up to date with the latest developments in the industry

Meritorious:

• Scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
• Knowledge of IT and information security
• Network layer such as TCP/IP, switching, routing, and firewall in a data center environment
• Monitoring tools such as Nagios/op5
• Technologies such as Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, PostgreSQL, Grafana, VMware
• Configuration management with tools such as Ansible or Puppet
• Horizon
• SCCM
• Microsoft standard products such as Active Directory, DNS, and WDS

The assignment is subject to defense secrecy, which requires working on-site five days a week. Security clearance interviews and background checks will be conducted. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
