Are you a specialist in Gastroenterology looking for a clinically broad and developmental role at an established hospital in central Stockholm?

You now have the opportunity to work in an engaged and multidisciplinary environment where you can utilize your full expertise – right in the heart of the capital.

About the role

You will work at an internal medicine clinic focusing on gastroenterological investigations and treatments, both in outpatient care and on the inpatient ward.

The role involves investigating and treating patients with conditions such as:

• Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
• Functional gastrointestinal disorders
• Liver diseases
• Dyspepsia and reflux
• Celiac disease, malabsorption, motility disorders, etc.

You will work in close collaboration with other internal medicine specialists, nurses, dietitians, and assistant nurses. The clinic places a strong emphasis on high-quality care, efficient patient flow, and the development of digital and patient-centric solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish specialist certificate in Gastroenterology and Hepatology
• Has broad clinical competence and preferably several years of experience
• Is experienced in handling both acute and chronic gastrointestinal diseases
• Is collaborative, responsible, and possesses strong communication skills
• Thrives in a multidisciplinary team and has an interest in improvement work and development
