Are you passionate about helping others through pedagogical support? Then this might be the job for you!

You will work within our healthcare education programs, providing support to students studying healthcare and social care.

You will mentor students based on individual needs and established study plans. You will encourage student participation, motivation, and engagement in their education, acting as a pedagogical support resource. This may involve language support, study guidance, strategies, and study techniques. You will work on-site at our school and may also visit students during their workplace-based learning (APL).

In your role, you will collaborate with vocational teachers to ensure all students have the opportunity to complete their education. The education takes place in small groups or individually, offering excellent opportunities for flexible and individualized work.

We use digital tools and a modern learning platform that you feel confident using.

As a person, you are flexible, creative, responsible, and structured. You thrive in collaborative environments and value good relationships with students, colleagues, and clients. You have an interest in student learning and in developing pedagogical methods.

• At least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy
• Good computer skills and preferably experience in adult education
• At least one (1) year of full-time professional experience in pedagogical activities
• Experience teaching Swedish is a plus

• Employment date to be agreed upon
• Permanent position, 75–100% hours
